摘 要
本建筑为某八层综合办公楼,框架结构,总投资为978万元,建筑面积为7050m2,位于某城市主干道的西北角,耐久年限为50年,结构按7度设防设计,建筑按6度设防设计,结构类型为框架结构,墙体为加气混凝土砌块。
本建筑坐北朝南,分区比较合理,办公区集中在南边,采光较好,而会议室和展厅集中于北边,采用大空间办公,适合于中小型企业、公司租赁。
建筑柱网尺寸纵向为61.2m,横向为14.4m,底层层高4.2m,其它各层均为3.5m。
楼梯采用板式楼梯,全部为防火楼梯,基础为桩基础,采用柱下条形基础。
在框架结构计算时,采用底部剪力法计算地震作用,采用弯矩分配法对框架进行分配,在计算过程中对梁的弯矩进行了调幅,板的设计采用塑性设计方法。
对建筑中出现的隔墙而没有柱时,其下部设有小梁,墙、板的重量传给梁,梁再传给柱,传力路线明确。

Building 61.2m, crosswise 14.4m, ground floor layers of high 4.2m, other every layer is 3.5m .
The stair adopts the stair of modes in Chinese operatic music, all is the smoke prevention stair , the foundation is a foundation, adopt the end to bear a item foundation.
When the frame structure is calculated , adopt the bottom to cut the calculation earthquake function of the strength law, adopt the curved square to assign the law to assign to the frame , has carried on amplitude modulation to the curved square of the roof beam in the course of calculating, have rolled over reducing to the axle strength of the post.
